| March 24, 2010 at 02:02 pm

AP
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) – Separate child pornography cases have resulted in two New Mexico men being sentenced to federal prison.

A 62-year-old Belen businessman, Robert Leon Coker, was sentenced Wednesday to 46 months in prison, followed by six years of supervised release and a $7,500 fine for possession of child pornography.

The U.S. attorney’s office says a search warrant was served on Coker’s home in August 2006 after a relative told the FBI she’d seen child pornography on his computer.

An Albuquerque man, 27-year-old Forrest Montera, was sentenced to 37 months in prison, followed by five years’ probation, for possessing child pornography.

FBI agents found the pornography on his home computer in May 2007.
